Third Reminder
Sub: Inhuman and Unhygienic Condition at Oshiwara District Centre which virtually has become Oshiwara Disease centre constructed by RNA builder & approved by MMRDA
This is to inform you further as per commencement certificate issued by MMRDA on 5.August 2009 No /MMRDA/EE/SRA Cell/57/IOA/113/pl/ps to M/S Skyline Construction Co. of RNA Builders with the conditions to be complied before commencement of the work up to PLINTH Level only
Condition No:8) that the specifications access road /Internal layout road / setback area shall be obtained from E.E. (road) E.E.(SWD)/E.E.(T&C), MCGM/Chief Engg.(MMRDA) and the access/ internal layout road/Setback shall be constructed up to WBM before starting the work.
This condition clearly states that RNA Builder has to construct roads before commencing their sale building work,
1) They have dishonored this condition by not constructing the roads and started the construction work
2) Permission was given only for PLINTH Level but THEY HAVE CONSTRUCTED GROUND PLUS FIVE FLOORS IN one of the commercial sale building
Conditions A.2) That the compound wall shall be constructed, after getting the plot demarcated from the concerned authority, on all sides of the plot clear of the road widening line with foundation below level of bottom of road side drain without obstructing the flow of rain water from the adjoining holding, to prove possession of holding before starting the work as per D.C. Regulations No.38(27).
This condition clearly states that the compound wall should be constructed and all sides of the plot clear of the road widening line with foundation below level of road side drain but this condition is also violated
Instead of giving stop work notice for violating and flouting / breaking all the conditions of commencement certificate, RNA builder is being favored and no action is taken by any of the department or by any of the Government authorities RNA is above the law in true sense
The Architect S.V Thakkar who has falsely certified the completion certificate should also be held responsible for giving false certificate to MMRDA
